In our interview format, we explored the neighborhood of Rheydt and held conversations with pigeons, people, and ice cream cups. We used the opening questions “What’s bothering you?” and “What is A_SOCIAL?” as a starting point to engage in an open dialogue with the city’s residents. We wanted to know what drives and holds back the neighborhood. Conversation is at the core of our work strategy. Our approach is confrontational, honest, and respectful. In short: maximally invasive, minimally productive!

In unserem Interviewformat erkundeten wir den Stadtteil Rheydt und führten Gespräche mit Tauben, Menschen und Eisbechern. Die Ausgangsfragen Beschwer dich, was stört dich? und Was ist A_SOZIAL? haben wir zum Anlass genutzt, um in einen offenen Dialog mit den Akteur:innen der Stadt zu gehen. Wir wollten wissen, was den Ort bewegt und blockiert. Das Gespräch gehört zum Kern unserer Arbeitsstrategie. Unser Ansatz ist konfrontativ, ehrlich und respektvoll. Kurz: maximal invasiv, minimal produktiv!
